Position Title : Marketing Coordinator Location : Orlando, FL Department : Marketing Reports To : Marketing Manager Employment Type : Full-Time Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, and help drive brand awareness and growth. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities : Campaign Coordination : Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events. Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts across various platforms. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tracking software. Event Coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing collateral. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Qualifications : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
