About the Role The successful candidate will manage multiple roadway projects independently, develop marketing strategies, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Manage multiple roadway projects independently Develop marketing strategies tailored to promoting roadway engineering in key markets Prepare Letters of Response and Technical Proposals Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members Deliver projects and tasks that meet expectations set by the supervisor Exhibit leadership qualities consistently across all responsibilities Conduct regular content reviews to uphold top-tier quality standards Lead internal training programs for team development Perform responsibilities without technical oversight Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 1015+ years of progressively complex engineering experience Proven project management experience with NCDOT and/or North Carolina municipal clients Required Skills Proficiency in: Budgeting Scheduling Project tracking Staff management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships with clients and team members Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Skills Experience with advanced project management software Knowledge of local and state regulations related to roadway projects Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
