Job Title: Case Escalations Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule:
Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Post-training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
About the Role
Join our dynamic complaints department as an Escalations Specialist, where you'll manage escalated complaints related to credit card, checking account, and business services. You'll take ownership of cases from intake through resolution, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
Investigate issues, determine appropriate actions, and process complex transactions.
Perform administrative and customer support tasks with precision.
Review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags; classify risks in the case management system.
Independently respond to high-level escalated complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues.
Manage 5-14 active cases using a web-based tool for documentation and tracking.
Communicate with customers and internal business units to gather information and resolve complaints.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of customer contact experience in Financial Services in roles such as:
Customer Service
Underwriting
Loan/Mortgage Processing
Research
Quality Assurance
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
Technology Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
