and need a Senior Analyst Programmer whos ready to roll up their sleeves and build systems that really matter. This is a
hands-on development role
where youll work across a suite of bespoke, business critical applications. Youll be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas, problem solving, and technical expertise actually shape outcomes. As a Senior Analyst Programmer, you will: Build & create
Design, code, and maintain applications with C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET Core, React/Remix, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Own the process
Take projects through the full software development lifecycle. Level up the team
Mentor junior devs and contribute to coding standards and peer reviews. Transform & improve
Partner with our Tech Lead, Product Manager, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive our digital future. Keep it sharp
Ensure scalability, security, and performance across our systems. What makes this role exciting: Youre not a cog in the wheel, youre

varied and meaningful : greenfield features, system improvements, and solving real business challenges. Youll work with people who value
collaboration over red tape . Youll help shape the success of a transformation program that impacts the whole organisation. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with: 5+ years software development experience. Strong backend chops in
C# and SQL Server . Experience (or keen to dive into) modern front-end tech like React/Remix (experience with Angular, Vue.js, or similar is fine), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Cloud smarts (AWS a bonus). CI/CD familiarity and Git confidence. Problem solver with the curiosity to ask the right questions. Clear communicator who can work across business and tech.
