My client is an industry leading general contractor with a 60 year tradition of success. They are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their team, primarily focusing on handling change orders, RFIs, and submittals. This role involves collaborating with project managers and interfacing with clients for commercial fit-outs. Responsibilities
Manage and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success. Interface with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Conduct site visits as needed to oversee project progress and ensure quality standards. Support commercial fit-out projects by coordinating with various stakeholders. Essential Skills
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Construction management. Familiarity with general contracting and commercial construction processes. Competency in handling RFIs, change orders, and fit-out operations. The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr. 401kESOPmedical dental vision This is a fully onsite position in Morristown,NJ. This position is anticipated to close on Sep 12, 2025.
