The Opportunity We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to treat our company website as a pivotal product, taking full ownership of conversion rate optimization (CRO), signups, and user activation. This senior individual contributor role is vital in bridging product management, growth strategies, and conversion optimization. Your mission is clear yet impactful: transform the website into a top-tier growth engine. You will analyze user funnels, pinpoint friction points, and implement experiments designed to enhance self-serve conversions and customer activation. Collaborating with Growth Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams, you will ensure a seamless journey for every visitor from their first discovery to signup and activation. What You Will Own Website as a Product:

Treat the website as a core acquisition asset and take charge of KPIs related to conversion, signups, and activation. Conversion Rate Optimization:

Create and implement a comprehensive CRO roadmap, including rigorous A/B and multivariate testing of messaging, design, user flows, and calls to action. End-to-End Funnel Management:

Study user behavior across various stages—awareness, signup, and activation—to identify drop-off points and drive significant improvements. Experimentation at Scale:

Develop, prioritize, and execute a substantial pipeline of growth experiments to impact acquisition metrics powerfully. Collaboration with Growth:

Work alongside the Growth Marketing team to align acquisition strategies and ensure synergy between the website and paid or organic traffic initiatives. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to implement data-driven enhancements. Analytics & Insights:

Establish relevant metrics, implement tracking, and generate insights to guide prioritization and optimize funnel health. Innovation:

Discover new growth avenues, user journeys, and digital experiences that foster rapid signups and self-serve adoption. What We Are Looking For 8-12 years of product management experience, including 4+ years concentrated on growth, CRO, or acquisition efforts. A strong history of enhancing conversion rates and activation metrics within SaaS, product-led growth (PLG), or developer-centric products. Extensive knowledge of experimentation frameworks, funnel analytics, and optimization tools. Practical experience using web analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), A/B testing platforms, and attribution methodologies. Robust understanding of PLG strategies, developer workflows, and SaaS growth tactics. Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams.
