Project Manager in high-end residential construction ? Are you ready to lead luxury custom home projects from concept to completion, be the trusted point person for clients, consultants, and trades? At

from pre-construction through final walk-through Create and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and scopes -delivering on time, on budget, and beyond expectations Act as the
primary point of contact for clients , architects, designers, trades, and consultants Conduct regular job site visits and meetings to monitor progress, quality, safety, and resolve issues proactively Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local building codes (including coastal and regional requirements) Report directly to ownership and collaborate on best practices and business growth What We're Looking For 5-8+ years of experience
managing high-end custom residential construction projects Proven success in
budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and team leadership Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong technical knowledge of
luxury homebuilding methods, codes, and coastal permitting Comfortable using
Buildertrend, Procore, Microsoft Office , or similar platforms Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Tri-Counties region Why Alair Homes?
