Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an SAP Testing Lead Position type: Full-Time, Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract Location: Minneapolis, MN - ONSITE (Strongly prefer LOCAL candidates) We are looking for a SAP Testing Lead / Program Manager to oversee testing activities for multiple SAP S/4HANA deployments to plants. This role will manage test cycles, coordinate validation efforts, and ensure successful deployment across multiple waves. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP testing strategy and execution for S/4HANA migration Develop and manage test cases, scripts, and validation documentation Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure readiness Oversee program timelines, milestones, and deliverables Support compliance and validation efforts in regulated environments Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SAP testing and program management Expertise in Plant Manufacturing processes ("MAKE" Manufacturing Process) Ability to support legacy factory deployments Proven track record in managing SAP S/4HANA testing cycles Experience with HANA testing tools and methodologies Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work remotely with flexibility for site visits Notes: Candidates must hold expertise in manufacturing "MAKE" processes. Will not be hands on testing or technical in nature but needs this expertise to validate testing and provide oversight. Will serve as a project or program manager from a testing perspective.
