This person will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring commercial and industrial electricians and some of the office positions. The primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview candidates ensuring that we are keeping up with our manpower needs to meet the demands of our projects and clients. This role will also work very closely with our safety department to hire apprentices. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience. Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using recruitment tools, databases, and industry networks. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for electrician positions and apprenticeships. Coordinate and facilitate in person interviews with our hiring managers to evaluate skills and fit for electrical positions. Post jobs to various channels, including online job boards and social media. Attend networking events and community outreach programs. Represent CSE at career fairs, trade events, and other industry-related functions to attract potential candidates. This includes building relationships with high schools and community organizations. Understanding staffing requirements, discuss candidate profiles and address recruitment challenges. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about career opportunities within CSE. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and interview process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support to candidates at every stage. QUALIFICATIONS: Fluent in English and Spanish **required High School Diploma **required, Associates Dregree in related field **preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not required as we are willing to train and teach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is an advantage. Willingness to learn and follow directions. Coachable Pay for this position ranges from $23 per hour to $27 per hour.
