1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate:
$17/hour DOE

Experience:
2+ years in Customer Service Representative with experience in QuickBooks. For immediate consideration, apply directly to this posting with your up-to-date resume! Customer Service Representative Job Duties: Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services. Order entry. Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone. Light follow up on customer payment status. Creating documents. Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS excel, and MS word on a daily basis. Customer Service Representative Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Must proactively manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision. Must have excellent time management skills. Customer Service Representative Requirements: Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, in a related field. Able to provide 2 professional references. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
