We are seeking an assertive, confident, and highly organized Legal Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex calendar management and experience supporting paralegals and attorneys in various areas of law. This individual will work alongside two other seasoned assistants who have been with the firm for over 10 years.

Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Managing Partner's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and client consultations. Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactively address scheduling conflicts and ensure the Managing Partner is well-prepared for all engagements.

Administrative Support: Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high level of accuracy. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly. Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring timely and effective communication.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the two other assistants, sharing responsibilities and ensuring seamless support for the Managing Partner. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Project Management: Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events as needed. Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal environment. Experience in the Trust and Estates arena is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively. High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Personal Attributes:
