Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join its Brentwood, CA office. In this position, the succesful candidate will be providing support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings primarily focused on residential transactions.

Duties
Greet Customers Opening orders and setting up files Depositing funds Requesting loan payoffs Ordering insurance Clearing title - Reviewing prelims - daily Preparing funding packages and recording package write-ups Funding conditions Preparing files for closing Communicates requirements and other information to clients Interprets various agreements as they relate to closing Prepare documents required for transactions. Daily Banking Other tasks as assigned Education
High School Diploma or equivalent Some related experience such as in Escrow, Title Work, Lending, Real Estate or Administrative role
Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Must be a self-starter • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize with an outgoing personality and high energy level. • The ability to work independently and as a strong team player and work in a high volume and fast-paced environment is required. • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Additional Information
This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $25.00/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
