Job Description The ADS-Claims Adjusting-Anlst III is an intermediate level resource tasked with adjudicating mechanical claims, taking inspection reports, and reviewing claims for lower level adjusters in accordance with established quality and timeliness guidelines ** This is a remote opportunity for experienced auto claims adjusters. Remote Role handling FL losses. Ideal candidates will be located in the EST or CST time zone. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required** Key Responsibilities

Prepares damages estimates (i.e. damage estimates, rental bills, tow bills, paid bills, receipts) thru discussions with shop, photos and field inspections Research reasonable amounts and labor rates in the local market Provide coverage guidance and authorization assistance to lower-level adjusters Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices Compiles and reviews moderately complex to complex mechanic damage Provides and explains moderately complex estimates and subsequent settlement process Contacts customers, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors, and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed Confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-up Supervisory Responsibilities
