Warehouse Loader Position
We are currently hiring warehouse loaders for a fast-paced cold storage facility. Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking, and open to learning. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor in a cold environment. Strong attendance and commitment are essential. Location: Sumner, WA Must have reliable transportation. Not bus accessible. Pay rate: $16.50/hour Job type: Temporary (with potential for long-term placement based on performance) Responsibilities: Load and unload boxes weighing 50-70 lbs. From containers to pallets Work in refrigerated and freezer areas (approx. 40 F) Follow directions carefully and work efficiently as part of a team Shifts available: Day shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM (mandatory overtime) Night shift: Sunday Thursday, 4:00 PM (mandatory overtime) What were looking for: Dependable individuals with a strong work ethic Willingness to work in cold/freezer environments Physically able to lift and move 50-70 lb boxes regularly Patience, focus, and a willingness to learn Consistent attendance and punctuality Dress requirements: Wear layered, warm clothing suitable for cold conditions Safety gear required: steel-toe shoes and warehouse gloves
