Applications Analyst II

We are currently enrolling our patients in over 2,700 ongoing clinical trials to accelerate bringing new treatments and therapies to our patients and the world. Mass General Brigham is expanding support for the research community and seeking an Applications Analyst II. The Applications Analyst II provides end user and systems validation support for MGB Digital Research Operation's Data Management and Integrity Tools, including: LabArchives, StudyTRAX, Adobe, GitLab and additional research focused applications. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Trains end users on how to access software applications. Develops end user documentation. Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues and escalating as needed for timely resolution. Provides high quality, customer-focused services. Runs reports, updates tables and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment. Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates. Works closely with Regulatory Compliance & Education, Application Service Managers & other technology teams to contribute to the testing effort for application, integration, and interface testing. Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks. Uses the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors.
