POSITION OVERVIEW

The Pool Repair Technician role is a position of general repair and upkeep of residential swimming pools. Pool Repair Technicians are assigned a route each week and are expected to provide premium service to each property on it. Each stop may be different, depending on the product that requires repair.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair and replace pool filters, pumps, motors, salt systems, cleaners and automation (heaters are a plus). Inspect, diagnose, and repair all types and manufacturers of pool equipment. Perform troubleshooting of pool equipment as needed. Install new equipment and warranty repairs. Complete service schedules in an efficient and time-conscious manner, with minimal callbacks. Check on pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, cleaners, etc.) to ensure that the pool is properly functioning. Maintain all tools and pool equipment to ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order. Report any issues or repair needs immediately to all parties necessary to maintain compliance requirements. Respectful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable communication with clients. Ensure a superior, high level of customer service is being provided to all customers. Adhere and adapt to all current and new Amenity Pool policies, procedures and initiatives. Correct and routine use of Salesforce. Our Technicians may be responsible for service calls outside of the Phoenix Metro area SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs. +, repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, and standing Ability to swim Able to work unsupervised Valid State Driver's License Ability to pass MVR and background check Ability to work in extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time BENEFITS
