Job Summary

Premium Club Ambassador - Intuit Dome

Reports to Premium Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome.

Responsibilities:

Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.

Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.

Responds to guest needs and requests.

Employs good safety and sanitation practices.

Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.

Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.

Communicates guest issues to management.

Follows responsible alcohol service policies.

Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment

Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry

Excellent communication and time management skills

Customer satisfaction-oriented

Team-oriented

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or CA alcohol Responsible Beverage Service servers' permit
