Power-Flo Technologies Auburn is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Shop Clerk to join our state-of-the-art pump and motor repair facility. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our industrial shop through accurate data entry, job processing, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Check in new repair jobs with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare write-ups and process job tickets
Maintain organized records of service tickets, vendor invoices, and packing slips
Research customer and vendor histories as needed
Develop product and service knowledge to support shop operations
Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn shop operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn proprietary software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working under deadlines
Solid mathematical and analytical abilities
Works well both independently and in a team setting
