Executive Assistant - Temp-to-Hire Location:

Aliso Viejo, CA (Fully Onsite)

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our clients Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a temp-to-hire, fully onsite role in Aliso Viejo, offering an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support, including heavy calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily priorities. Plan and coordinate large-scale events and other corporate meetings. Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and assist with internal and external communications. Manage expense reports, travel arrangements, and related logistics. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure efficiency and alignment. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners with the utmost professionalism.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong technical proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven experience with event planning and executive-level calendar management. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining a service-minded, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Experience in

home building or related industry

is a strong plus.
