Must live more than 60 miles from the facility
Unit Description: The Medical/Surgical unit is a 39-bed Orthopedic/Spine Surgery and Trauma Department with a Total Joint Replacement program for total hips and knees. Other surgeries frequently seen include foot/ankle surgeries, amputations, total shoulder replacements, and back/spine surgeries. The unit is a Level 1 trauma center, treating complex ortho-trauma patients with multi-complex fractures.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans Benefits Include:
