Complete Start of Care OASIS admissions Create and implement care plans Document accurately and efficiently Collaborate with care team for seamless transitions Requirements:
Active Minnesota RN license Prior OASIS and SOC experience Ability to work independently and communicate clearly MOC Equivalents Include:
Army: 66B Navy: 1960 Air Force: 46SX Marines: MED Coast Guard: HS
