This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements. The Spare Parts Coordinator IM 105 as a Professional Grade position. Spare Parts Coordinator - Integration Management Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and Provide Spare Parts Coordinator responsible for performing work and by providing immediate level guidance, work direction, oversight and leadership to the Spare Parts Program within the Maintenance Programs group for SRR. 1. Performing the work and Leading the Spare Parts team in the research and evaluation of spare parts needs and in the preparation of Data Sheets that are in compliance with all procurement, quality, and safety procedural requirements. 2. Responsibilities to include interfacing and communicating effectively with Work Control Personnel, Engineers, Inventory Analysts, buyers, vendors to obtain the necessary technical and quality information to set up or revise the needed spare parts. 3. Serve as point of contact to coordinate activities between the SRR and SRNS Supply Chain Management to develop and review Change Request and other issues regarding SRR'S general use of items maintained in site inventory. 4. Establishing new items and making changes to existing items in the Site Inventory Database as a result of an approved Change Request. 5. Assisting users who initiate Change Request to assure that the technical, quality and procurement requirements are incorporated. 6. Facilitating the resolution of inventory issues between the Organization and SRNS Supply Chain Management. 7. Setup Spare Parts and other issues related to inventory. 8. Ensure that proper review and evaluation are obtained for Spare Parts 9. Identify the appropriate procurement type as defined 10. Provide direction for disposition of existing inventory and each open Purchase Requisition (PR) or Purchase Order (PO). 11. Maintain Spare Parts Data Base to ensure data is correct for min/max and location of all Spare Parts. Qualifications

The Spare Parts Coordinator - Integration Management shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined. Ability to obtain DOE site access. Four (4) year college degree, or equivalent experience in the coordination and management of spare equipment / parts for large scale projects, as defined. Develop or possess working knowledge of several Data Bases and Computer Programs Transfer data from one data base to another. Computer skills to include FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Interpersonal skills so as to establish and cultivate positive working relationships and interfaces with both internal and external customers Demonstrated knowledge of DOE, SRR, and SRS operating policies, rules, and regulations, preferred A 40 hour work week schedule as anticipated for this position, SRR utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each work day has an unpaid 30-minute lunch?
