We're seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to lead the delivery of integrated video production and deliverables, part of the Model-e (EV) team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing and delivering video content across multiple tiers and digital platformsensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment amongst the various teams, channels, and stakeholders. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where success depends on your ability to manage complex workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive video projects from concept to final delivery. In this role you will... Lead Cross-Functional Campaign Execution Partner with Account, Strategy, Media, Creative, and Production teams to develop and implement cohesive advertising video content aligned with campaign goals and strategies. Ensure Strategic & Brand Consistency Oversee project alignment with client and agency brand standards and communication strategies throughout the content and campaign lifecycle. Manage Digital Project Delivery Drive end-to-end execution of digital deliverablestrafficking, creative development, quality assurance, troubleshootingensuring on-time, high-quality launches. Optimize Internal Processes Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance cross-team collaboration. Quality Control & Issue Resolution Own QA processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards across video assets and platforms. Support Additional Initiatives Take on other projects and responsibilities as needed to support the broader marketing and project management teams. You have... 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to educate internal agency personnel Excellent project management skills and experience Ability to address difficult issues and solve problems quickly in challenging situations Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of metrics, analytics, and optimization is a plus Digital marketing experience preferred A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred The physical and mental capacity to meet the listed job responsibilities Note: There is no relocation assistance for this role. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $60,000$140,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
