This is a techno-commercial role that requires a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data analytics, combined with proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting roles. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations. Leverage technical expertise to understand client needs, assess requirements, and develop customized solutions that address client challenges and drive value. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments. Represent Growth Catalysts at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, build relationships, and generate leads. Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and tactics. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles within the technology sector, with a focus on data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technologies. Strong technical background in data analytics, machine learning, or software development, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships in a competitive market environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients, driving customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.
