Halff is seeking an Electric Transmission Line Routing Project Manager for our offices in Houston, Austin, Richardson, Texas, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role involves managing projects related to electric transmission line routing studies and environmental assessments, including budgets, schedules, client interactions, quality assurance, team leadership, and proposal development. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing alternative routes for electric transmission lines, impact analyses, and ensuring project compliance with environmental regulations. Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations is required; experience with expert testimony is preferred. The position offers opportunities for career growth and potential ownership in the firm. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field; Masters degree is a plus. 5-10 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, agencies, and the public. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and ArcGIS. Company Overview:
