Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and consistency throughout. Enhance Efficiency:
Develop tools and frameworks to streamline development, testing, and release processes. Mentor and Upskill:
Share your knowledge with technical leads and team members, helping them master new technologies and best practices. Champion Quality:
Identify and mitigate risks, manage technical debt, and ensure the highest standards of delivery. What Were Looking For Technical Mastery:
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps, and related Microsoft cloud solutions. Hands-On Experience:
Proven track record in developing Canvas apps, Model Driven apps, Power Apps Pages, and custom connectors. DevOps Savvy:
Exposure to Azure DevOps and Azure platform topologies. Strong Communicator:
Ability to clearly explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative Spirit:
Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading projects through the full SDLC. Mentorship Mindset:
Passion for coaching and developing others in architecture and governance. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 35 years of relevant experience in application development or solution architecture.
