We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED with at least 10 years of experience.Minimum of 6 years of experience designing with basic analog building blocks, including differential amplifiers, op amps, LDOs, filters, and data converters.Minimum of 4 years of experience designing with basic digital building blocks, including logic gates, flip flops, timers, and filters.Minimum of 3 years of experience with power supply and conditioning design.Minimum of 3 years of experience with power conversion concepts (AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC, Linear and Switching Supplies).Minimum of 3 years of experience with serial communication buses, including UART, SPI, and I2C.Minimum of 2 years of experience with temperature sensors, MEMS accelerometers, differential pressure sensors, and gyroscopes.Minimum of 2 years of experience with general design best practices (EMI suppression, ESD protection, and Short circuit protection).Minimum of 6 years of experience with module design, including component selection, circuit analysis, circuit design, and layout.Minimum of 6 years of experience in troubleshooting using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, meters).Minimum of 4 years of experience with modeling and simulation utilities (LTSpice, MATLAB/Simulink).Minimum of 4 years of experience with schematic capture and/or board layout utilities (Altium, PADS).Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a large-scale technical project from start to completion with minimal guidance.Minimum of 4 years of experience preparing and participating in design reviews (internal and external).Minimum of 4 years of experience creating Technical Documentation (Test Plans, Test Reports, Drawings).Minimum of 3 years of experience with Root Cause analysis.Preferred Skills / Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with at least 6 years of experience.Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.Minimum of 4 Years designing Electronic Safety and Arming Devices (ESADs) and Ignition Safety Devices IAW MIL-STD-1316 and MIL-STD-1901AMinimum of 4 years of experience presenting ESAD/ESAF/ISD designs to the Safety Review Boards (AFSRB, FISTRP, NNMSB)Minimum of 2 years of experience in energetic materials interfacing/testing (EFDIs, LEEFIs, Lead Charges, Boosters).Minimum of 4 years of design for extreme environments (Vibration, Shock, Temperature, Temperature & Humidity).Team Player with excellent communication skills to work effectively across different engineering disciplines.Teamwork.Good communication skills, including presentations and customer communication.Good reprioritization skills.Ability to work independently.Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Successful candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
