Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Full Stack Developer 5 days a week onsite 3-year contract Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using modern technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms. This role requires strong proficiency in backend and frontend development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and microservices architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Node.js, and related technologies. Build and optimize microservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins, JFrog, Sonar, and CodeQL. Develop and manage containerized applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts. Work with cloud-native platforms (AKS, Redis PaaS, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc.) and integrate cloud PaaS/SaaS offerings. Design and optimize high-performance Redis solutions for caching, throughput, and reliability. Implement and maintain stream processing and event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka, Cassandra, and other backend technologies. Apply advanced testing practices, including unit, functional, and integration testing with tools such as Mockito, JUnit, Spock, and Rest Assured. Ensure application security with open-source frameworks for encryption, authentication, and caching. Collaborate with Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and mentorship to peers and junior developers. Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications across the full stack in production environments. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Webflux, Spring Boot), Node.js. 5+ years of experience with CI/CD and build tools (GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins, JFrog, Sonar, CodeQL). 5+ years working with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). 5+ years working with Redis, including performance tuning for high throughput. Expertise in microservices architecture and API design (REST-based). Strong background in asynchronous message processing, event-driven computing, and stream processing. Proficiency with backend technologies such as Java, Spring, Kafka, Cassandra. Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AKS, Redis PaaS, Cosmos DB, Key Vault). Strong Unix/Linux command line skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Seniority level
