Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of commercial and retail properties. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor property budgets and assist in budget preparation. Generate rent invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist with annual audits and tax filings. Work closely with property managers to address financial inquiries and concerns. Prepare financial reports for property owners and investors. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and industry regulations. Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Previous experience in property accounting is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Benefits
