Target Pay Rate:
$30-36/hr (salary will be commensurate with experience). The Senior Executive Assistant plays a meaningful role on the team, providing dedicated support to executives as well as supporting their functions as a whole. You will have exposure to senior levels of the organization, partnering with other Executive Assistants and external stakeholders as part of your daily responsibilities. The client's Kidney Care Finance function supports business leaders in engaging with healthcare providers, patients, and regulators to address unmet medical needs through innovation, evidence generation, and dissemination. The organization consists of employees worldwide working with cross-functional and external partners to ensure the safe and effective use of clients products and therapies, aiming to save and sustain lives. What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate/manage schedules for corporate leaders. Build/prepare correspondence and complex presentations. Develop databases/spreadsheets. Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visas/passports, and meeting coordination. Prepare expense reports; manage department credit lines for purchases. Apply and train on internal policies as needed. Support departmental projects and coordinate meetings and events, which could be in-person, virtual, or hybrid. What You'll Bring:
HS Diploma required; Associates degree or professional certification preferred. 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally. Strong organization and project management skills; ability to find solutions to complex problems and work under short deadlines. Experience working with global teams and external partners. Exceptional critical thinking, sound judgment, results-oriented, and proactive in fast-paced, changing environments. Leadership qualities, ability to motivate others, and manage differences. Outstanding calendar management and scheduling skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and computers/systems. Highly proficient in invoice/PO processing. Experience with Zoom, WebEx, Teams, and video conferencing tools. Experience in managing internal and external events as part of administrative support.
