Offers a collaborative, supportive environment where employees contribute directly to cutting-edge projects across automotive, defense, and medical industries.Job DescriptionQuality Engineer:Monitor and analyze product quality and reliability systems.Develop, implement, and maintain quality programs and processes.Manage supplier audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.Prepare and present quality metrics, including PPM and cost of quality reports.Deliver training and support to internal teams on quality standards.Participate in pre-production activities and continuous improvement initiatives.Create and maintain accurate documentation for quality, reliability, and compliance.Coordinate management review processes and assist in supplier evaluations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
