What We’re Looking For… Taylor CPA & Associates, PC is searching for a talented individual to add to our Tax Department. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum two years of experience with corporate, individual, and partnership taxation. Minimum three years of experience with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks Software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required What You’ll Be Doing… Preparing business and individual tax returns Communicating with taxing authorities, writing memos, or attending client meetings. Collaborating with professionals with diverse skill sets and areas of expertise on client matters Engaging in regular discussions with your colleagues to exchange ideas and feedback Attending training sessions to sharpen you technical skills and learn how to best serve your clients. Assemble tax return packages for client/government filings, including e-filings Create financial and statistical tools and reports for management, using spreadsheets Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications Maintain and track the extended returns and mark returns completed and roll them to next year’s due date Onboarding new clients Assisting in updating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents at least once annually Other duties as assigned Skills that benefit TCPA Ability to communicate effectively at every level of the organization Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule Why Join Taylor CPA & Associates, PC?
