Job Description We are seeking a professional and personable Office Receptionist to be the face of our organization and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area with all necessary supplies. Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments for staff. Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus. Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
