Floating Dining General Manager
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Floating Dining General Manager, Full-time. The schedule for this position fluctuates 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts and includes weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to pass TSA background check. Responsible for assisting a rotation of 11-15 accounts for back and front of the house operations. Maintain a quality culinary program and process all financial reporting. Duties also include menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, maintaining sanitation standards, and personnel management to include coaching, counseling, training and developing.
