Job Title: Service Technician – Multifamily (Scattered Sites) Location:
Cincinnati, Ohio Employment Type:
Full-Time
Pay:
Starting at
$20.00 per hour , with potential for higher compensation
based on experience, qualifications, and certifications
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable
Multifamily Service Technician
to join our team and support day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple residential properties. This is a
scattered site role , meaning the technician will travel between various apartment communities to perform maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and assist with unit turnovers and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct routine inspections of common areas and residential units to ensure proper operation and safety.
Assist with apartment turnovers including painting, cleaning, and preparing units for new .
Coordinate with the property management team to prioritize tasks and maintain service schedules.
Maintain tools, supplies, and company vehicle (if applicable) in clean and organized condition.
Follow all safety procedures and comply with company and property regulations.
Occasionally participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in apartment, residential, or facility maintenance .
Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
EPA Certification and/or HVAC Certification but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement or company vehicle may be provided).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
