How You'll Make An Impact
Supervises the sale of products/services by prospecting new customers and enhancing sales or services to existing accounts through direct field sales representatives. Trains and familiarizes new Sales Representatives with established policies, practices, products and services. Implements sales plans and special promotions in the achievement of sales goals. Prepares regular and special reports reflecting activity and results of the sales effort. Maintains and services some key accounts. Oversees the day-to-day operations of a group of employees. Trains and develops lower-level staff, estimates staffing needs, assigns work, meets completion dates, interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
