What You'll Do:

Provide friendly, timely, and professional table service to residents during mealtimes

Communicate daily specials and menu offerings clearly and enthusiastically

Ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and residents feel valued and attended to

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served correctly and promptly

Maintain a warm and respectful environment in the dining room

Maintains high standards for personal appearance and hygiene

Follows all food service department policies and safety rules

What We're Looking For:

Previous wait staff or customer service experience preferred (especially in hospitality or healthcare settings)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for serving older adults and enhancing their dining experience

Dependability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset

Ability to read and write at a 6th grade level

Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: $16.20-23.50

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
