Salary Range $75,000-$80,000 DOE. The purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Front Office in running the efficient and smooth Front Office operations.

Essential Functions

Adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.

Align with Peregrine Hospitality TBO Strategy, focusing on recruiting and retaining top talent.

Participate in all resort-required meetings and trainings.

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Have thorough knowledge of the HMS system and be able to train others.

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Possess thorough knowledge of Front Desk operations, including PBX, bell/valet, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.

Maintain close communication with the Director of Front Office and other department heads.

Assist in developing the annual budget and preparing action plans.

Participate in monthly forecasting and weekly scheduling; review daily operations and take corrective actions as needed.

Monitor oversold dates to maximize room revenue.

Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily, analyzing rate variance, monitoring credit reports, and observing daily house count.

Maintain high visibility with team members and guests.

Respond to all guest requests in accordance with Silverado guidelines.

Monitor VIPs, special guests, and requests.

Motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline Front Office staff according to resort standards.

Conduct walk-throughs of public areas and guestrooms to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Follow all resort policies and safety rules.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Front Office management experience.

Ability to multitask with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent public relations skills, especially with resort guests.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Working Conditions and Schedule

Weekend and holiday availability required, with flexible work hours.

Work weeks may exceed 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Medium physical effort required—lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 20 pounds frequently.

Frequent standing at the desk and front office areas; occasional prolonged sitting at a computer.
