Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Answering the phone, managing emails, and greeting clients as they arrive
Assembling and reviewing tax returns, financial statements, and payroll reports
Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other internal filings
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
Organizing files and maintaining client contact data
What's Needed?
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
