Keeping the sales floor organized and compliant with company policies. Creating a clean and sanitized member-ready area. In this role, you'll embrace teamwork by staying updated on product specifications, collaborating with colleagues, and being flexible to meet business needs. Your expertise will shine as you prepare food according to item specifications while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. As a technological advocate, you will use digital tools to enhance sales and improve the shopping experience while mentoring others on best practices. Your ownership will drive performance in the area, including managing inventory, ensuring quality, and being attentive to customer needs. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with additional premiums available in certain circumstances.
