Position: Litigation Secretary - Business Bankruptcy Litigation (Chapter 11) Location:
Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid Schedule) Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 annually Employment Type:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Litigation Secretary
with a strong background in
business bankruptcy litigation , particularly
Chapter 11
cases. This position offers a
hybrid work schedule
based in
Costa Mesa, CA , providing flexibility while supporting a dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities
Provide litigation support for complex bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 cases Manage filings and deadlines across
state, federal, and appellate courts Maintain and update litigation calendars using
CompuLaw Assist with
trial preparation , including document management and exhibit coordination Draft and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel Support attorneys with occasional
overtime
as needed to meet deadlines Qualifications Minimum
5+ years
of experience as a litigation secretary, with a focus on bankruptcy litigation Demonstrated
stable work history
with limited job changes Proficiency in
CompuLaw
and calendaring litigation deadlines Strong knowledge of
court procedures
and filing requirements Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
