Sr. Scrum Master Project Velocity
LaSalle Network is hiring a Sr. Scrum Master for Project Velocity, a groundbreaking healthcare claims platform transformation based in Rosemont, IL. This is the first time Scrum, Project Management, and Business Analysis resources have been fully aligned to a dedicated project rather than functional teams, making this a high-impact, high-visibility role. The Sr. Scrum Master will play a strategic role in driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, removing impediments, and ensuring seamless coordination for a first-of-its-kind initiative in the organization. Sr. Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Drive multi-team coordination through Scrum of Scrums and dependency management Establish and enforce Definition of Ready and Done agreements Create project plans, deliverables, metrics, and templates to ensure consistent execution Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain healthy backlogs Apply SDLC expertise to support flawless production deployments Identify, track, and resolve impediments to maintain team velocity Communicate risks, progress, and outcomes to leadership Sr. Scrum Master Requirements:
8+ years' Scrum Master experience with strong Agile values and principles Proven experience leading healthcare claims projects Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, SAFe SM, CSP) Ability to work on-site in Rosemont, IL Be part of a transformative healthcare project where your leadership and Agile expertise will directly shape delivery success.
