Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am-6:00pm, rotating days

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance
Install, dismantle, and assemble machinery and equipment according to plans
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implement effective solutions
Align and calibrate machinery and equipment using precision tools
Fabricate required parts for installation
Other duties as required

This Job Requires:
Experience with screw conveyors, belt conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, pumps and machinery rebuilds
Understanding of electrical components is an asset
Experience with boiler systems would be an asset
Blueprint reading: Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to understand how machines work
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery
Troubleshooting Pumps: Identifying problems with machines and replacing parts
Communication: Communicating with supervisors, mechanics, and other team members
Problem solving: Thinking logically and finding practical solutions to problems
Welding: Using welding equipment to assemble machinery and equipment
Conveyor systems: Inspecting and maintaining conveyor belts
Assembly: Assembling machinery and equipment using hand and power tools
Hoisting: Using hoisting equipment to move machinery
Automotive lubrication: Lubricating machinery
Can lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.
Teamwork and cooperative mindset.
Punctual and ready to work.
