This position involves overseeing financial performance, including month-end closings, weekly updates, and quarterly forecasts and budgets. You will analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop strategies for continuous improvement to drive profitable growth. The role requires achieving key performance indicators such as manufacturing variances, operating income, cash flow, and capital investments. Collaboration with process business partners and leading budget and forecast processes for the Littleton Facility are essential. Additionally, you will foster financial acumen among team members. Responsibilities
Communicate financial performance effectively, including month-end closing, weekly updates, and quarterly forecasts and budgets. Maximize financial performance through analysis, guidance, and accountability. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in financial and operational areas. Develop and execute action plans to ensure profitable growth. Achieve financial targets for KPIs such as manufacturing variances, operating income, cash flow, and capital investments. Collaborate with process partners to improve efficiency. Lead budget and forecast processes for the Littleton Facility. Enhance financial understanding among team members. Essential Skills
Proficiency in cost accounting, manufacturing, GAAP, KPI, forecasting, budgeting, SOX, corporate tax, and manufacturing accounting. Experience as a Cost Accountant. Management experience (direct and indirect). CPA and/or MBA preferred. Proficiency in SAP and IFRS. 10+ years in manufacturing finance. Experience with standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis. Strong communication skills across organizational levels. Experience in a global, diverse matrix organization. Ability to manage indirect reports effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent). Experience with Lean tools preferred. Solid understanding of international accounting standards and consolidations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work Environment
This is an onsite role in Littleton, CO, with some flexibility for remote work. You will oversee GAAP, SOX, and policy compliance, ensuring accurate financial records. You will supervise one Senior Financial Analyst. Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000/year. Benefits include a 15% bonus, PTO, health benefits, 401k, and tuition reimbursement. Position Details
