About the Role: This DevOps Engineer role is focused on building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our engineering organization. You'll architect scalable AWS environments, manage production Kubernetes clusters, and create automation pipelines that enable development teams to deploy code safely and efficiently. You'll design CI/CD workflows, implement monitoring solutions, and lead incident response while building preventive tools and processes. This hands-on position involves writing Infrastructure as Code, optimizing containerized workloads, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure our platform scales with the business. Required: 3+ years of DevOps experience Expert-level AWS cloud platform knowledge (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation) Production experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt Kubernetes cluster administration and container orchestration at scale Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) Strong scripting abilities in Python and Bash for automation Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and compliance practices Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, container registries) CI/CD:

GitLab CI/CD (primary) Preferred: Experience architecting and deploying production environments from ground up Platform engineering experience supporting microservices at scale Advanced observability implementation (Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus/Grafana) Database operations experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) Startup/high-growth environment experience Security compliance implementation (SOC II, GDPR, HIPAA) GitOps workflows and deployment strategies What You'll Do: Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure Manage production Kubernetes clusters and optimize container workloads Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management Lead incident response and conduct post-mortem analyses Implement security controls and ensure compliance across all environments Optimize infrastructure costs and performance Note:
