Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks involved in the production of aerospace components, including:
Assembly of vacuum-formed plastic and composite parts
Deburring and finishing of machined and formed components
Bonding and fastening of parts per specifications
Assisting in general shop maintenance and organization
Following work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements
Day Shift 8am to 5pm
40 hours a week
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace (preferred but not required)
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
