Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a start-up tech company in Sacramento. This temp-to-hire role offers a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate brings proven experience supporting C-suite executives from a tech-start up, managing complex executive administrative and personal assistant tasks. This pivotal position requires a strategic partner who can ensure seamless internal and external interactions, manage high-level engagements, and respond with agility to support a high-touch CEO.
Pay: starting at $50/hour DOE
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high-level administrative support and personal assistance tasks to the CEO. Organize and manage complex calendars, board meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas, minutes, and notices. Organize virtual and in-person meetings, manage technology setup, facilitate proceedings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and stakeholder engagement. Maintain internal documents, policies, and procedures. Prepare reports and presentations independently. Support executive outreach and external relations efforts. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 7 years supporting C-suite leaders, with proven expertise of complex calendar management, event coordination, and handling confidential information. Bachelor's degree is required. Prior experience in the technology sector is highly valued. Skilled in MS Office Suite-including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and SharePoint-with a strong command of digital tools for scheduling and communication. Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
