We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant in our

North Hampton, NH

branch to provide administrative support to our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day front desk activities, answering calls, filing, and providing assistance with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Provide administrative support for the accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes. Assist in data entry and basic recordkeeping as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with scheduling and other clerical duties as assigned. Handle mail and package deliveries. Ensure that the front desk area is neat, welcoming, and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in administration preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic understanding of accounting principles, including AR and AP tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. BENEFITS
