Your impact
We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at the client site in Baltimore, MD, youll be responsible for managing several miscellaneous projects simultaneously ranging from $50k to $5 million from inception to close-out.
As the onsite Owners Representative, youll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, youll help our team achieve our clients objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle projectchallenges will allow you to thrive.
We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work.
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technology Experience with various the disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project delivery OSHA 10 Certification Strong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationship
Ideally, you'll also have
Renovation experience Higher education experience

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
