Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on all project sites. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors. Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance project outcomes.
